Service Use

QuoteHammer provides software for drafting, pricing, sharing, and exporting contractor estimates.

You are responsible for reviewing final numbers and scope details before sharing a quote with customers.

Acceptable Use

• No fraud, unlawful activity, or abuse of the platform
• No unauthorized access attempts or data scraping
• No actions that materially disrupt service reliability

Billing

Paid plans are billed by our payment provider. Plan features and limits are shown on the Pricing page.

Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of paid features.

Warranty and Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty. Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
