Starter and Pro Plan Charges

Starter and Pro payments are billed in advance for the selected monthly or yearly plan period.

Prorated refunds are generally not provided after a billing cycle starts unless required by law.

Credit Purchases

One-time credit purchases are non-refundable after credits are delivered to your workspace.

• Include invoice date, amount, and reason for the request
